PREMIER FAMILY/B&B MEMBERSHIP
Family membership includes all privileges of Barons Creek Racquet and Swim Club (BCC) for member, spouse and dependent children under the age of 26, with a stipulated quarterly dues obligation. Additionally, bed and breakfast facilities and hotels may qualify for a family membership whereby owner’s family and/or establishment guests enjoy all privileges of BCC, limited to five (5) persons per day; additional persons must pay a guest fee.
PREMIER SINGLE MEMBERSHIP
Single membership includes all privileges of BCC for single individuals 30 years of age and older, with a stipulated quarterly dues obligation.
PREMIER JUNIOR AND JUNIOR FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
Junior membership includes all privileges of BCC for single individuals up to the age of 30, with a stipulated quarterly dues obligation. On 30th birthday, Junior membership must be converted to Single membership with appropriate dues increase and balance of initiation fee due and payable. Application of and financial responsibility for Junior under the age of 21 must be signed and guaranteed by parent or guardian. Junior Family membership includes all privileges of the Junior membership, but includes two (2) or more persons in a family under the age of 30. Application of and financial responsibility for Junior under the age of 21 must be signed and guaranteed by parent or guardian.
PREMIER NON-RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP
Non-resident membership is available only to persons whose principal residence address* is located outside a 50 mile radius of BCC and entitles member, spouse and all dependent children under age 26 to all privileges of BCC, with a stipulated quarterly dues obligation. Such members who either move to Fredericksburg, or begin residing in Fredericksburg for six (6) months or more per year are responsible for notifying BCC of same, and converting their membership appropriately.
*Address is defined as place Member resides more than six (6) months a year.
ASSOCIATE SWIM/FITNESS MEMBERSHIP
Associate Swim/Fitness membership allows use of the pool facilities, fitness center, food services and social functions at BCC, with a stipulated quarterly dues obligation. Tennis facilities are excluded. Such membership may be upgraded to include tennis by paying the difference in initiation fee and appropriate dues increase.
ASSOCIATE TENNIS/FITNESS MEMBERSHIP
Associate Tennis/Fitness membership allows use of the tennis facilities, fitness center, food services and social functions at BCC, with a stipulated quarterly dues obligation. Pool facilities are excluded. Such membership may be upgraded to include pool facilities by paying the difference in initiation fee and appropriate dues increase.
BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP
Business memberships are available to firms or groups of people desiring to pay one initiation fee and one monthly fee for their group. At least three (3) initial memberships are required, and each membership pays appropriate dues which reflect a $10.00 discount. For more information, please contact Membership Director.
